Exact Rent All is a locally owned and operated family business specializing in meeting the complete rental needs of its customers. The business was started in April 2017, with one dump trailer, when a friend asked to borrow several pieces of equipment. It quickly became evident that the local area needed a rental service that catered to the individual homeowner and small business contractor.
We help individuals who want to be involved in their projects, as well as those who want to use new equipment but either don’t want to worry about maintenance and long term storage, or only need the equipment for a short period of time.
Exact Rent All was designed to work with the customer to meet all of their equipment needs. Whether you’re looking to complete a weekend project, completing jobs (large or small) around the house or cottage or as a contractor looking to rent for tax deductions – we have what you need.

What if I can't return my rental on time?
We understand life happens; traffic jams, “project took longer than we thought”, “we were just having too much fun”, or simply lost track of time and you need to keep your rental longer than you have originally planned.
That’s okay, however, if you are going to be late dropping off your rental, please contact us as soon as you know this is going to occur. We are often involved in tight turn around times between rentals. It is possible we may need to inform the next customer that their product may not be available at the time specified. Unfortunately, we will have to adjust your invoice but we will do it at the lowest possible rate. This will be hourly up until four hours, followed by the daily rate.
